Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline; 2-5 years in related field.
• Certification is required in some areas or regions.
• MS/MA with 2-4 years of related experience is acceptable in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales plans to grow business in the assigned territory.
• Conducts calls and on-site customer visits to solicit orders.
• Answers questions about products, prices, durability, and credit terms; prepares estimates/bids.
• Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers.
• Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve issues.
• Shares market and competitor intelligence across channels within the company.
• Assists in training or mentoring associates.
• Performs branch customer service duties as needed.
