Genesee Scientific Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales in a defined Jacksonville territory. You will build strong customer relationships, manage pricing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include territory ownership, pricing management, and delivering consultative support using virtual demos via Zoom/Teams while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years sales or research laboratory industry, or lab experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence customer decisions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable conducting virtual sales presentations via Zoom/Teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams; working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data management and reporting.
• Results oriented with a strong work ethic; thrives in a fast-changing, growing organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of territory to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Manage pricing in territory to achieve financial targets.
• Independently make decisions while leveraging resources to fulfill customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor competitor and industry activity; stay updated on new products/services and customer information to inform the business plan.
• Maintain detailed activity logging in Salesforce, including interactions, opportunities, and pipeline management.
• Provide customers with updates on supply and price trends; assist inventory planning.
• Deliver updates on supply and pricing trends while offering consultative inventory planning support.
• Leverage Teams and Zoom for virtual demos and sales presentations to expand reach.
• Represent Genesee Scientific professionally during all customer interactions.
