Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Territory Business Manager in the Jacksonville, FL area to lead sales across Augusta, Macon, Columbus, Albany, Brunswick, and Jacksonville. You will own the full sales cycle, manage Tier A/B/C accounts, and collaborate with OSS, CSS, and KAM teams to maximize account value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of direct sales in clinical or laboratory markets, a life sciences or business degree (MBA preferred), and strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business-related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years direct sales in clinical or laboratory markets.
• Strong closing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual sales goals by satisfying customer needs within territory.
• Owns the entire sales process for assigned accounts.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborates with marketing and product teams to grow accounts.
• Maintains territory plans and provides regular account updates.
