You will sell worksite insurance products, consult with existing customers to tailor benefits, and build strong relationships with customers and association executives.

No prior insurance experience is required, and the role includes extensive training, a company car, and a defined travel schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience selling benefits, retirement and insurance products.
• Insurance industry experience not required.
• Consultative selling and needs-based recommendations.
• Willingness to travel within defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts with one-on-one sales of worksite insurance.
• Consult with customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized benefits packages through annual enrollments and group presentations.
• Territory assigned with overnight travel required.
