American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales Representative) in Wisconsin. You will sell benefits, retirement, and other insurance products to a defined territory with an existing client base and bring in new accounts, building long-term relationships with businesses and employees.

No prior insurance experience is required. A defined territory, overnight travel, and a strong training program are part of the role, with base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain Business-to-Business accounts with one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefits packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
• Overnight travel is required and you must reside in the assigned territory.
