Job summary

Mygrant Glass is seeking an Account Manager to grow sales in the Belleville, NJ territory. You will recruit new customers, deepen relationships with auto glass and fleet accounts, and implement growth strategies while representing the Mygrant message.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3 years of sales experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect regular travel, CRM usage, and collaboration with the Regional Sales Director to meet goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of successful equivalent work experience and education, is strongly preferred
• 3 years of professional experience working in sales
• Valid driver’s license, and insurable under Company’s auto policy.

Responsibilities

• Present the “Mygrant message” to current and prospective customers
• Update territory plans and set sales goals
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts
• Analyze sales potential for new and existing customers to grow market share
• Travel in the respective territory to promote Mygrant products and services and develop customer relationships
• Engage with clients to offer competitive product/service offerings
• Interface with clients to overcome obstacles such as competition, budgets, and timelines
• Communicate with Branch Manager and sales team on opportunities, status, proposals, and service levels
• Assist customers with special requests and problems
• Share information across internal teams to drive brand growth and distributor effectiveness
• Maintain and update the CRM program
• Additional duties may be assigned
