You’ll be on the front lines of our mission to enrich educational experiences for young learners across Georgia and Tennessee. Here’s what the role entails:
Market Mastery: Dive deep into the Georgia and Tennessee public education landscape, with a focus on Early Elementary education, PreK–6. Understand purchasing cycles, competitive dynamics, state and federal funding, and budgetary factors.
Strategic Account Management: Build and execute account plans for school districts and early childhood programs. Become a trusted advisor to administrators, curriculum directors, and procurement teams.
Product Expertise: Master our PreK–6 product lines and demonstrate how they solve real classroom challenges.
Compelling Presentations: Deliver engaging in-person presentations and hands-on product demonstrations that win hearts and budgets.
Tailored Proposals: Create customized bids and quotations that meet Georgia and Tennessee public-sector purchasing requirements.
Collaboration Hub: Partner with marketing, customer service, and product teams to keep our offerings aligned with the needs of educators throughout the region.
Sales Targets Champion: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals while keeping leadership informed of progress.
Regulatory Savvy: Stay current on Georgia and Tennessee education funding, including Title I, Pre-K grants, and other applicable state and federal programs, as well as procurement rules and compliance requirements.
Must live in Georgia and be willing to travel throughout Georgia and Tennessee. There is no remote option — this is a field-based role.
