Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow sales across the North Ohio and western Pennsylvania territory.

The role partners with pool builders, service pros, retailers, and distributors to build relationships, expand opportunities, and provide product support. You will drive revenue, educate customers on Hayward's line, and represent the company at industry events while maintaining a robust pipeline and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• 3+ years outside B2B sales or territory management.
• Experience with distributors, dealers, contractors, or builders.
• Pool, spa, outdoor living, construction or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business while growing existing accounts.
• Technical aptitude to learn and present product solutions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing relationships with builders, service professionals, dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and joint sales calls with distributor partners.
• Educate customers on Hayward's products through presentations, demonstrations, and training events.
• Identify competitive opportunities and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Work cross-functionally with Technical Services, Marketing, Customer Care, and Product Management to support customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and document customer activity in Salesforce.
• Represent Hayward at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Manage territory planning and prioritize activities to achieve sales goals.
