Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the North Ohio and western Pennsylvania territory.

This field-based role partners with pool builders, service professionals, dealers, retailers, and distributors to expand Hayward's footprint and product adoption. You will manage territory planning, pursue new business, conduct regular customer visits and joint calls, educate customers on Hayward solutions, and collaborate with Marketing, Technical Services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales or territory management experience.
• Experience with distributors, dealers, contractors, or builders is preferred.
• Pool, spa, outdoor living, construction, or related industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing relationships with builders, service professionals, dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and joint sales calls with distributor partners.
• Educate customers on Hayward's products through presentations, demonstrations, and training events.
• Identify competitive opportunities and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Work cross-functionally with Technical Services, Marketing, Customer Care, and Product Management to support customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and document customer activity in Salesforce.
• Represent Hayward at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Manage territory planning and prioritize activities to achieve sales goals.
