Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in the pool industry.
• High school diploma required; 4-year degree or pool industry experience preferred.
• Expertise in swimming pool products, repairs, and applications.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and project management.
• Reside within Lehigh County to facilitate effective coverage.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow sales within product categories, customer segments, or markets.
• Develop and implement market-specific sales and service strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust network of service providers for repairs and support.
• Manage territory budgets and contribute to annual sales planning.
• Provide technical expertise and resolve escalated service issues.
• Conduct customer visits with DSMs to strengthen relationships and onboard dealers.
