Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to provide field-based technical and sales support for Hayward pool products in the Orange County, CA territory.

This role partners with DSMs, BDMs, and the RSTM to grow dealer relationships and build a service network. The TSM will manage territory strategies, support dealers, and ensure high customer satisfaction through on-site technical expertise and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in the pool industry, ideally in a field-management role.
• Expertise in swimming pool products, repairs, and applications.
• Proficiency in business tools and reporting systems.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and project management.
• Reside within Lehigh County to facilitate effective coverage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic collaboration with DSMs, BDMs, and the RSTM to create and execute market-specific sales and service strategies.
• Build, train, and maintain a robust network of service providers to perform repairs and support Hayward products.
• Manage territory budgets and contribute to annual sales planning; support trade customers to achieve sales goals.
• Act as the local corporate presence for technical services, addressing and resolving escalated customer issues.
