Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth across the North Ohio and western PA territory.

This field-based role partners with pool builders, service professionals, dealers, retailers, and distributors to expand market share and deliver Hayward solutions. You will educate customers through product demonstrations, conduct regular visits and joint calls with distributor partners, and collaborate with Technical Services, Marketing, Customer Care, and Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales or territory management experience.
• Experience with distributors, dealers, contractors, or builders preferred.
• Pool, spa, outdoor living, construction, or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the North Ohio and western PA territory, with occasional overnight travel.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing relationships with builders, service professionals, dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and joint sales calls with distributor partners.
• Educate customers on Hayward's products through presentations, demonstrations, and training events.
• Identify competitive opportunities and strategies to increase market share.
• Work cross-functionally with Technical Services, Marketing, Customer Care, and Product Management to support customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and document customer activity in Salesforce.
• Represent Hayward at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Manage territory planning and prioritize activities to achieve sales goals.
