Job summary

Justworks in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Account Executive who can manage a full, consultative sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will own your pipeline, hunt for new business, and leverage broker relationships to generate leads.

You will be the face of Justworks, evangelizing our product suite to small businesses, building trust with owners, and consistently exceeding quotas. This role requires a hunter mentality, deep SaaS sales experience in the PEO/fintech space, and travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an Account Executive role with a full sales cycle and closing experience.
• Experience in lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity SaaS environment preferred.
• Strong network of channel partners and brokers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline from prospecting to close and manage all activities to win.
• Hunt for new business via market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
• Leverage existing relationships to generate leads in addition to cold methods.
• Be an ambassador for Justworks and communicate the value of our product suite.
• Expand territory by developing a strategic plan to engage the entrepreneurial community.
