Job summary

Novvia Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in a defined territory within the packaging industry. You will manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management, leveraging a broad packaging portfolio to deliver high-value, long-term solutions.

You will develop territory strategy, build strong customer relationships, and be rewarded for performance through commissions and attainment of sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• 2+ years in packaging, container, or other industrial industries preferred.
• Ability to travel, including an acceptable driving record.
• Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at appropriate gross margins.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan detailing activities to meet quotas.
• Demonstrate products using samples, catalogs, and digital tools, emphasizing value-added features.
• Maintain pricing and proposal models.
• Gather and submit business information for pricing and presentation of solutions.
• Maintain CRM records of all sales activities and pipeline updates.
• Travel throughout the territory to service customers and grow the business.
• Attend trade shows as needed.
