Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive growth across the Trenton, NJ area. This field-based sales role focuses on building provider partnerships and expanding access to infusion care.

You will own territory strategy, educate prescribers and care teams, manage referral networks, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams. Expect up to 40% travel, a performance-driven culture, and a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
• Proven track record of sales growth and meeting quotas.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems.
• Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s offerings, including IG home-based and suite-based care.
• Explain LUX’s support model: insurance reimbursement, patient onboarding, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using a CRM, with a focus on quota attainment.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in every provider interaction.
