Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a Territory Account Representative in Tampa to execute donor recruitment programs and manage all aspects of recruitment within an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing relationships with donor drive chairs and clients, identifying new drive opportunities, and ensuring drives meet goals within budget.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Executes blood donor recruitment programs to meet goals for assigned territory.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with donor drive chairpersons and internal clients.
• Seeks out prospective blood drive opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Uses independent judgment to adapt approach and communication style to develop and manage blood drive accounts.
• Determines marketing materials and programs needed to achieve goals while respecting budget.
• Manages blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs and drive success of drives.
• Represents organization at community involvement events.
• Leverages technologies to support efficient blood drives.
• Manages time and resources to maximize territory effectiveness.
• Completes administrative duties including on-time reporting.
