Job summary

Stratis Group in Washington state seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the dedicated access and reimbursement resource for a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and approved access resources to ensure timely patient access.

You will develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with sales, market access, and hub partners, and document activities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or sales (Specialty or Biologics)
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital healthcare systems experience a plus
• Ability to travel 3-4 days a week, with overnights within the territory
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and analytic capabilities
• Experience with Retail and Specialty Pharmacies
• Experience educating providers and offices on access processes and patient service programs (e.g. copay)
• Experience delivering in-person or virtual education to HCPs and office staff
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Part D for Pharmacy Benefit products
• Proven ability to develop trusted relationships and work in teams
• Ability to manage ambiguity and problem solve
• Prepare and submit expense reports timely
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and access resources
• Develop and execute a territory access plan and coordinate with matrix stakeholders
• Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings
• Document activities in CRM and monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and prior authorization trends
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the territory and communicate changes to internal stakeholders
• Use client-approved materials and resources when engaging with providers and staff
• Identify field access insights and reimbursement challenges to support continuous improvement
• Report adverse events and other required information per client policy
