Orkin seeks a talented Termite Sales Inspector to deliver outstanding protection for homeowners, leveraging a strong brand and years of experience. You will perform comprehensive home inspections, recommend effective solutions, and build lasting trust with customers in their neighborhoods.

Role includes a robust training program, a company vehicle, and competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year with potential for growth through commissions and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver using training to recommend the best innovative pest solution
• Prospect for new business and respond to assigned leads with provided leads
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customer homes and explain the process and expectations
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad provided and stay organized
