Orkin is seeking a driven Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with the industry-leading pest control solutions. You’ll leverage a strong Orkin brand, comprehensive training, and a performance‑based compensation structure that rewards high earnings.

You’ll work with homeowners to assess needs, present solutions, and close sales with support from a robust lead program. You’ll operate with a company vehicle, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package while building a career with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and build trust.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and explaining solutions.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads; leverage advertising leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
