Orkin in Tampa, Florida is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with proven termite protection services and the Orkin Guarantee.

You will inspect homes, identify needs, present strategic solutions, and build trust with customers. No experience required; full training, a company vehicle, and an earning potential of $80k–$100k first year are offered, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and build trusted relationships.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Explain processes and set expectations; use the iPad to prepare sales agreements.
