Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trust.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Prospect new business and follow leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and explain processes and expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
