Job summary

Orkin Termite Sales Inspector in Florida is a field sales role with the Orkin brand. You will perform 360 inspections, recommend pest protection solutions, and build trusted relationships with homeowners to protect their homes and families.

You'll be part of a high-performing team, earn a base plus commission with typical first-year earnings of $80,000–$100,000, receive a company vehicle, benefits, and training. No prior industry experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace to identify issues and solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and explain practical pest solutions.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Schedule and meet with customers to explain products and services.
• Use provided tools (iPad) to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
