Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector in Florida to perform 360 home inspections, assess termite risk, and recommend effective protection plans. You’ll engage homeowners, explain solutions, and build lasting relationships while working with a responsive, award-winning team.

The role emphasizes customer service, high earning potential through base plus commission, and ongoing training in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Explain practical solutions and build trusted relationships to protect homes and families.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners to explain products and peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions during the process.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
