Orkin is seeking top-notch sales talent for the Termite Sales Inspector role, offering a strong, persuasive pitch backed by a famous brand and nearly 125 years of experience.

You’ll participate in award-winning training, earn a competitive base plus commissions, and enjoy a company vehicle, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with the help of an advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and communicate findings clearly.
• Make recommendations based on inspections and address questions, setting expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
