Orkin, a nationally recognized leader in pest control, is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to bring strategic pest protection to homeowners. You’ll leverage Orkin’s trusted brand, award-winning training, and a generous compensation package to build relationships, close deals, and grow your sales career in a recession-resistant industry.

You’ll perform thorough 360 inspections, explain practical termite solutions, and schedule appointments with homeowners in their residences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
• Compliance with state and local laws during employment.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces.
• Listen to needs and explain practical solutions to win customers.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with company advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and explain findings.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address questions.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized with training provided.
