Job summary

Orkin in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to perform 360 home inspections and recommend effective termite protection solutions. You will build trusted relationships with homeowners and demonstrate Orkin\'s industry-leading expertise.

During training, compensation starts at $28.85 per hour, then shifts to base salary plus commission as licensure is completed. A company vehicle is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver\'s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin\'s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care; listen to needs and explain practical solutions.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain product benefits.
