Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to join our field team. You will inspect homes, understand our termite protection services, and present tailored solutions to homeowners, building trust and closing deals with professional, customer-focused service.

No industry experience is required to start—Orkin provides award-winning training, a company vehicle, and a clear path to leadership and rewards based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers after 360 inspections.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Listen to customer needs and explain practical solutions to win trust.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers at their homes to discuss products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes during visits.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and address questions.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
