Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with trusted brand leadership and award-winning training. You’ll build relationships, recommend solutions, and earn in a high-performance sales environment.

Responsibilities include 360 inspections, presenting termite protection options, scheduling home visits, and using an iPad to finalize agreements. No prior industry experience is required; driving is essential, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions; win over customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain the process and expectations.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided.
