Orkin is hiring an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector in the United States. You’ll leverage top-notch brand credibility and award-winning training to protect homes, families, and assets.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer empathy while offering a strong commission-based earnings potential and company vehicle with gas card. Training and leadership paths are highlighted throughout the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions during the process.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized with training support.
