Job summary

Orkin is seeking a proactive Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes and provide peace of mind. You will perform thorough 360 inspections, identify pest issues, and present strategic, customer-focused solutions in customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 termite inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions.
• Make strategic recommendations to customers and build trusted relationships.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes to explain Orkin products and services.
• Explain the process and set expectations to provide peace of mind to homeowners.
