Orkin, a leader in pest control with nearly 125 years of experience, is looking for a Termite Sales Inspector. You will perform comprehensive 360 inspections and present strategic protection plans to homeowners, leveraging a trusted brand and award-winning training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver by utilizing training to recommend the best pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads; we provide leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
