Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homeowners with a trusted brand. No industry experience is required, thanks to award-winning training and a clear path to leadership. You’ll earn by selling protection plans and receive a company vehicle plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will conduct inspections, present practical solutions, and build lasting customer relationships while working in home environments. Training supports safety and success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior pest control experience needed; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required; pesticide license may be required.
• Ability to work in the field and in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and provide strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attic to crawl spaces and explain solutions clearly.
• Prospect new business, schedule appointments, and close sales with integrity.
• Use provided tools (iPad) to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
