Orkin seeks a results-driven Termite Sales Inspector to drive advanced pest protection for homeowners. You will perform comprehensive 360 inspections, present tailored solutions, and close sales while upholding safety and integrity. Training and support come from an industry leader with almost 125 years of experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsabilidades

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct with professionalism and integrity.
• Prospect new business and assigned leads; leverage advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain the process to set expectations.
• Assist in preparing sales agreements using provided tools and stay organized.
