Job summary

Orkin seeks a Termite Sales Inspector in California to protect homes with expert termite services. You will perform 360 inspections, listen to client needs, and propose effective pest solutions, building trust with homeowners.

During training you’ll earn $23/hour; after licensure you move to an exempt base salary plus commission, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and recommend solutions.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and build relationships.
• Win over customers with listening and practical solutions.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain products.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
• Meet goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
