Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in Riverside, CA to perform comprehensive home inspections and present trusted termite protection options to homeowners. You’ll help protect families and property with the Orkin brand, backed by extensive training and a support network.

You’ll start with in-depth training, then transition to a compensation structure that includes base pay plus commissions, with career growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trust.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and explaining practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
