Job summary

Rollins Inc. through its Orkin brand is seeking an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector in California. This role blends competitive sales with home protection, offering a path to leadership alongside award-winning training and a strong benefits package.

You will perform 360 home inspections, recommend effective termite solutions, and build trusted customer relationships while enjoying a company vehicle, paid training, and a salary-plus-commission structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Able to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and beyond.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads; leverage provided advertising to generate opportunities.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers at their homes to explain products/services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting clear expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
