Orkin, LLC in Virginia Beach is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to help homeowners protect their homes with trusted termite protection services. You’ll perform 360 inspections, explain findings clearly, and design customized protection plans while building lasting relationships with clients.

This role offers uncapped earning potential with base plus commissions, award-winning training, and a benefits package including a company vehicle, paid training, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; training provided.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
