Orkin, a leading pest control provider in the United States, is seeking a dynamic Sales Inspector to protect homes through termite and pest protection. You will perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace, build trusted relationships with homeowners, and translate findings into practical, customized protection plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; training and licensing cost covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct interior and exterior inspections.
• Identify termite activity and pest concerns.
• Educate customers about findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on customer needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referrals.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage schedule and sales pipeline to meet income and performance goals.
