Job summary

Orkin, a Rollins, Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Sales Inspector in Norfolk, VA to perform 360 home inspections, identify pest risks, and present tailored protection plans to homeowners. You will build trust with clients and explain solutions backed by a long-standing brand.

Leads are provided and you will enjoy uncapped earnings, a company vehicle, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred!
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification; training and licensing costs are covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer’s needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
