Job summary

Rollins, Inc. seeks an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector to join the team in Milpitas, CA. You will leverage top-brand protection and comprehensive Orkin training to deliver tailored pest solutions for homeowners.

The role combines competitive earnings with a base plus commission structure, plus a company vehicle and fuel card. Training lasts 90 days at a set hourly rate, with licensure supported by the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Provide pest control solution recommendations based on inspections and training.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners at their residences to explain Orkin products.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of homes and identify issues.
• Explain processes and set clear expectations to customers.
