Depot Connect International seeks a Terminal Support Coordinator for our Savannah, GA location. You will enter orders and billing details, relay orders to dispatch, and communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax to keep operations smooth.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, trucking/intermodal experience, and Google Suite proficiency, with strong communication and organizational skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in trucking and/or intermodal transportation.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Entering customer orders and customer information (billing) into the system.
• Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner.
• Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs.
• Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control.
• Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via phone, email, fax, etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned.
