Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) seeks a Terminal Support Coordinator to join our Savannah, GA team. This role supports front office operations and ensures smooth processing of customer orders and communications with dispatch and equipment control.

Responsibilities include entering orders, sharing order details with dispatch, printing lists, and maintaining clear customer communications by phone, email, or fax.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry is preferred.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.) is required.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills are essential for this role.

• Entering customer orders and customer information (such as billing) into the computer system.
• Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner.
• Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise.
• Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control.
• Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned

Our Terminal Support Coordinators are essential to our business as they support all front office operations.

Primary responsibilities of a Terminal Support Coordinator include (but are not limited to):

• Entering customer orders and customer information (such as billing) into the computer system
