Job summary

Depot Connect International in Channelview, TX is seeking a Terminal Support Coordinator to support front office operations including billing, dispatch and equipment control.

You will report customer orders to dispatch, notify equipment control of special needs, print export/import lists, and maintain communications with customers by phone and email.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in trucking or intermodal transportation preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner.
• Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise.
• Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control.
• Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned.

We are currently in search of a Terminal Support Coordinator to join our team in Channelview, Texas.

Our Terminal Support Coordinators are essential to our business as they support all front office operations with billing, dispatch, and equipment control operations.

Primary responsibilities of a Terminal Support Coordinator include (but are not limited to):

• Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner
• Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise
• Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control
• Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
