Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution center leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a 3PL or customer-facing logistics environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex operations with attention to detail.
• Strong focus on customer service excellence and relationship management.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills for operational reporting.
• Proficient in WMS, TMS, and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee work to meet objectives.
• Maintain KPIs, productivity goals, and corrective actions.
• Staffing based on forecasts and coord with agencies.
• Lead a team of managers and supervisors and provide training.
• Maintain customer communications on service goals.
• Ensure OSHA/DOT/hazmat compliance and safety training.
• Manage terminal budget and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
