ContainerPort Group, a World Group company, is seeking a Terminal Manager for our Houston, TX terminal. In this role, you will lead the fleet operations and connect with our owner-operators and customers while upholding our core values.

Responsibilities include providing leadership, developing new business relationships, and ensuring safety and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of intermodal transportation management experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years intermodal transportation management experience.
• 3 years managing an owner-operator based fleet.
• Alignment with ContainerPort Group’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for fleet and operations team members.
• Work with recruiting on owner-operator acquisition strategies.
• Develop new business and grow current customer opportunities.
• Coach team for excellent communication and teamwork.
• Maintain safety and facility inspections.
