Job summary

CF Industries in Kentucky is seeking a Distribution Terminal Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of a liquid fertilizer storage and handling facility. You will supervise a team, drive safe, reliable operations, allocate budgets, implement site security, and ensure compliance with OSHA PSM requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with NH3 storage/handling and/or dry warehousing is desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage budgets and regulatory docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations with safety and reliability as priorities.
• Ensure timely, cost-efficient receipt and shipment of product.
• Coordinate emergency, preventive, and contract maintenance.
• Lead and train facility personnel and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with CF policies and regulations.
• Maintain regulatory documentation (OSHA, DOT, state).
• Support on-site inventory management.
