• Maintain daily records of incoming and outbound product shipments.
• Lead and train staff, define clear job assignments, and monitor performance.
• Invoice shipments and receiving daily.
• Monitor employee performance and develop staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and uphold safety standards.
