Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Terminal Operator to perform loading/unloading, storage, and site maintenance for a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts, including overnights. You will follow procedures, inspect equipment, manage records, and uphold safety and environmental programs while supporting emergency response and facility upkeep.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus some college/military training or related experience, strong communication skills, basic computer use,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; plus some college or military/technical training or related work experience.
• Ability to understand and follow operating procedures; refrigeration knowledge helpful.
• Good communication and basic computer skills; data entry and information retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Perform product loading and unloading as per procedures.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment per procedures.
• Inspect equipment, perform maintenance, and report hazards.
• Maintain manuals and records accurately.
• Comply with training, safety, and environmental programs.
• Assist with training of other operators when needed.
• Participate in emergency response planning and training.
