Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior experience in customer service (Liquids operations preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Professionalism and good judgment when dealing with customers and business partners.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and security requirements.

• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, overtime, holidays, and on-call weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Process receipts, work orders, shipment documents, scale tickets, and operational reports.
• Coordinate schedules with the operations team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and make adjustments; communicate with customers regarding orders and shipments.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate with carriers, surveyors, and other business partners.
• Enter and maintain information in the Galahad Bulk inventory system.
• Prepare required reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Provide accurate information needed for billing.
• Maintain organized and accurate records and files.
• Follow all company security, safety, and compliance procedures; participate in safety meetings.
• Assist management with additional duties and projects as needed.
