Host Terminals, LLC at Avondale Global Gateway seeks a Customer Support Administrator to act as a pivotal liaison among Customer Support, Operations, and Scale House teams. You will manage daily documentation, shipping orders, and cargo status communications to ensure smooth terminal operations.

The role requires proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and proactive in completing tasks.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between Customer Support and Scale House teams.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, manifests, delivery orders).
• Track cargo status in terminal systems and communicate updates to customers.
• Schedule cargo pickups/deliveries and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to cargo handling or delays.
• Assist with invoicing and documentation for storage, handling, and demurrage.
