Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Customer Support and Scale House teams.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, manifests, delivery orders).
• Track cargo status in terminal systems and communicate updates to customers.
• Schedule cargo pickups/deliveries and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to cargo handling or delays.
• Assist with invoicing and documentation for storage, handling, and demurrage.
